Kateby Connect offers virtual services, including but not limited to call center solutions, virtual front desk support, and administrative assistance. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared with us.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of services.
 

3. Accuracy and Human Error Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, our services are provided by human agents, and errors may occur. We do not guarantee error-free service and shall not be liable for any mistakes, miscommunications, or omissions arising from human error. You acknowledge that occasional inaccuracies may occur and agree to notify us of any issues promptly so that we may address them.
 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kateby Connect, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

  • The use or inability to use our services.

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our service.

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems and data.

  • Delays, service interruptions, or data loss caused by technical failures.

Our total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services within the last three (3) months.

5. No Guarantee of Performance

While we aim to provide high-quality service, we do not warrant that our services will always meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or business success resulting from our services.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kateby Connect, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
 

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during service use. However, we are not responsible for data breaches caused by third-party service providers, cyber-attacks, or user negligence.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without notice. We may also terminate or restrict your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in any misconduct.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Bogotá, Colombia, in accordance with Colombian arbitration laws.

  • You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Kateby Connect.
     

13. Governing Law
